If you only have a few machines, it is probably quicker for you to do this directly online. If you have more than 20 machines, it is probably better for you to provide a list which we will input.

Because we need all machines to be input in a consistent format, it is necessary that you follow our layout so that anyone searching for a machine can find it under the expected headings. We have a template for this. It is in two forms: A Microsoft Word table and a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You can use either.

The template has a number of different headings for each machine eg year of manufacture, price, condition, manufacturer, model and a heading for any comments. We also ask that you provide contact details in the form that you want your company to appear to people using UPEXchange to search for machines.
Option 1: You want to input your machines directly yourself. You will need a user name and password for this. Email us at password@upexchange.com and we will send you one.
Option 2: download a Word table or an Excel spreadsheet so that you can send us your list for us to input. Full instructions are in the template.
